Shipping policy

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Shipping times vary depending on your location.

BZ x AZ Products: These items are expected to start processing on or around May 1, 2026 for the United States and May 15, 2026 for Mexico.

Processing Time: It takes us approximately 7–14 days to process your order and prepare your shipment. Once your shipment is prepared you will receive a tracking number.

  • USA Orders: Typically arrive within 3–7 business days after receiving your tracking number.
  • Mexico Orders: Usually take 7–21 business days after receiving your tracking number, depending on customs and local postal services.

RETURN TO SENDER

If your package is returned to our warehouse by the shipping carrier for any reason, including but not limited to an incorrect address, incomplete address, unclaimed package, or failed delivery attempts, the following terms apply:

  • Our team will contact you via email once the package has been received at our warehouse.
  • Re-shipment to the same address is not available, as the outcome would be the same. A new, valid shipping address must be provided for re-shipment.
  • Re-shipment is subject to an additional shipping fee. This fee will be offered at a discounted rate and may be less than the original shipping cost; however, re-shipment is not free of charge.
  • BAEZ is not responsible for packages returned due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer at checkout.
